Cleansing the mind, body and soul are all equally important.
Mind: meditation, Pranayama, Breathing
Body: you can do yoga, exercise, juicing, smoothies or being on kichadi diet for few days.
Soul: This is my favorite, being there for people, exchanging smiles, doing as many random acts of kindness as possible in a day.

I realized that instead of keeping on thinking about an idea, just implementing it as soon as it pops into my head works best. If I start thinking, that means it never happens :D. I am sure most of you can relate to this…
